Our Cancellation Policy & FAQs

 If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice.

Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may incur a charge. For New Clients, New Colour, and Long-service bookings, deposits are non-refundable in the case of late cancellation.
