For all new colour clients, a consultation and patch test are required at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. We are pleased to offer complimentary consultations, allowing us to assess your hair properly, provide an accurate quotation, and ensure the correct timing is reserved for you. Colour appointments cannot be confirmed without this.

Our colour services are tailored to each individual. We work precisely and charge according to the amount of product used (measured in grams), hair type, density, and the time required. This ensures complete transparency and a personalised result for every client.

Additional time for extended cutting, styling, colour work, in-salon treatments, or special occasion services may incur a supplementary charge. Any adjustments will always be discussed with you in advance.
