Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. You’ll receive a friendly reminder by text and email 48 hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us on that day , or before you receive the reminder.

Yes, due to high demand, last-minute cancellations may incur a charge. 50% within 24 hours. 100% on the day. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid fees.
For New Clients, Colour, and Long Service appointments, deposits are non-refundable in the case of late cancellation.
Bookings and appointments

Due to high demand, appointments are typically available up to 10 weeks in advance. To secure your preferred stylist and time, we recommend booking your next visit before leaving the salon.

Walk-ins are welcome if we have availability, but we highly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Please let us know as soon as possible, as will we. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to adjust or reschedule your service if it impacts the next client’s booking.
Deposits and payments

We accept all major debit/credit cards and cash. Deposits are processed securely at the time of booking.

Yes, for New Clients, New Colour, and Long Service appointments, we require a 50% deposit. This deposit will be applied to your service on the day of your appointment. Please note: the deposit amount is based on the service you book and is an estimate.
Consultations and services

Yes. If you’re a new client booking a colour service, or have no revisited the salon. for 6 months +, a consultation and patch test are required before your appointment. This ensures your safety and helps us deliver the best results.

Yes. Consultations are available to discuss your hair goals, colour choices, or style changes. This is especially important for colour, long service, and special occasion appointments.

Yes. As part of your service, we always allow time for a consultation with your appointment. Especially for weddings, parties, or complex hairstyles. This allows us to discuss your vision, Taylor your needs and plan the right service to ensure everything is perfect on the day.
