Our Cancellation Policy & FAQs
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice.
If you believe there is a possibility you may need to cancel after this time, even on the day of your appt - due to unforeseen circumstances - please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the appointment to a client on our waiting list.
We are currently introducing a 50% deposit policy for all colour services. This policy will be extended to all services in due course.
Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of late cancellation (within 48 hours), the stylist may, at their discretion, allow the deposit to be transferred to one future appointment. This courtesy can only be applied once per client.
The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment. Please note that the final amount may vary depending on the services carried out during your visit.
This policy is in place to protect our stylists time though we understand that genuine emergencies can occasionally arise on either side.
Answers to our most common bookings, deposits to cancellations and consultations are available to ensure the best experience for all our clients.
